Refund policy

No refunds are accepted. Items are made to order just for you. If item does not fit exchanges can be made. If however a return is accepted item must be returned in the same condition it was shipped, unworn, with tags still on, no stains or rips.
Absolutely no refunds on lingerie and jewelry.

Replacement of broken jewelry will be made if item has arrived broken, buyer must return item first. must be reported within 3days of delivery. If 3 days past I can no longer help replace item.
